Mark Catesby's Natural History of Carolina, Florida & the Bahama Islands The first facsimile edition of Catesby's original watercolour drawings of Birds, Beasts, Fishes, Serpents, Insects & Plants 1712-1726 which are held in the Royal Collection Windsor Castle are published in the Diamond Jubilee year in four leather-bound volumes to mark the 300th anniversary of Catesby's arrival in the New World.
The Lindisfarne Gospels
The Lindisfarne Gospels on loan from the British Library, was the centrepiece, of the exhibition at The Palace Green Library, Durham University, which was seen by 100,000 visitors from around the world,
